The hotel she found for us in London was directly across the street from the Tube station. It made navigating around London so much easier since we were planning on using the Tube. The bus tours she arranged stopped right across the street from the hotel as well. And the hotel was a great place to stay. We had one hiccup during our time there and Mary was on top of it for us.
